   • If PlayMemories Mobile is already installed on your smartphone, update PlayMemories Mobile to the latest version before starting [Sync to Smartphone] for the starting time time.

2. On your camera, select Bill of fare → [Application] → [Sync to Smartphone].

3. Select [Register].

   
   • You can register only 1 smartphone on the camera.
   • If a smartphone is already registered on the photographic camera, [Modify Regist.] will appear. To transfer images to another smartphone, select [Change Regist.] and then [Register].
   • If a smartphone that you exercise not want to register on the camera is automatically connected to the camera via Wi-Fi, temporarily turn off the Wi-Fi role of the smartphone and and so register your smartphone.

   4. (4) Register the camera for automated transfer of images using PlayMemories Mobile.

   [For iPhone/iPad]

   1. (1) Select the photographic camera (Direct-xxxx:xxx-xxx) that is detected via Wi-Fi on the Wi-Fi setting screen of the iPhone/iPad.
      
   2. (2) Enter the password displayed on the photographic camera into your iPhone/iPad.
      • The iPhone/iPad is connected to the camera.

      

   3. (3) Start PlayMemories Mobile on your iPhone/iPad.
   4. (four) Register the camera for automatic transfer of images using PlayMemories Mobile.

   Note

   • If a notification that PlayMemories Mobile requires admission appears on your smartphone screen, select [OK].

5. When the smartphone is connected to the camera and information such as the proper noun of your smartphone appears on the camera screen, select [OK].

   
   • The data for the smartphone to which images will be automatically transferred is registered on the camera, and [Auto Transfer] is gear up to ON.

Changing the settings

Transfer Image Size

Select the size of the images to be transferred to your smartphone. [Original]: Transfers images in the original size to your smartphone. [2M]: Transfers images to your smartphone afterward reducing the pixel size to approx. 2 mega pixels. If the images you lot shot already accept a minor pixel size, they may be transferred without a reduction in their size. We recommend selecting [Original] when you want to salve high-quality images and selecting [2M] to upload the images to a network service or attach the images to email messages. When you select [Original], it will take longer to transfer images to the smartphone than the time required when [2M] is selected.

Disp. Transfer Status

Notes
